In 2015, Sean teamed up with his cousin, Jennifer, to start their dream, Ambiance Catering and Cuisine. Ambiance is a full service catering company that specializes in providing the best “Ambiance”, quality customer service along with tantalizing, from scratch, food that will leave your pallet wanting more!

Jennifer has more than 20 years experience in event planning for corporate America. However, she always knew that she had a hidden passion for food and cultivated a love for cooking. Jennifer has turned that love into action with more than 40 years of cooking experience she has tackled a vast array of events from corporate retreats to trade shows, weddings, graduations, and family gatherings. Combining her love for cooking and event planning experience makes catering a natural business for her.

Sean grew up in Toledo Ohio, learning about cooking from his grandfather, Thomas Graham. Sean began his culinary career at Brandywine Country Club working with wood burning ovens, handmade pastas and from scratch sauces. In 1998, Sean’s culinary passion took off after he studied under Chef Chris Mays, renowned Chef from France. Sean’s career in Food Service entailed working as a General Manager, Food Service Director as well as Food and Beverage Director for Hollywood Casino.
His passion was always cooking and he yearned to get back to his roots. Sean eventually followed his heart and went back to the kitchen as an Executive Chef and has helped mentor young, up and coming chefs as well as working with inner city youth on healthy eating programs.
