- Added to all catered events based upon the delivery address. There will be a delivery fee of $30 and 18% gratuity will be added to all full service/sit down events.
- All prices are subject to change. All quotes are considered tentative until a signed contract is received. Pricing is guaranteed for 30 days from the original proposal.
- Final event details and guests counts are due 10 days prior to the event. Should the client fail to notify Ambiance Catering of final event details and guest counts within the allotted time, Ambiance will assume the estimated details and guest counts, as stated on the event order are correct and valid and shall prepare and provide for as such. Some changes may require substitutions of certain items and may incur additional charges and fees. Ambiance Catering will make every effort to accommodate all changes to the best of its ability.
- Custom designed menus available upon request. Fees may vary. All events confirmed and scheduled according to availability. All confirmations require a 50% deposit 15 days before the event and the balance is due the day before the event. All deposits are non-refundable 7 days prior to the event date. All cancellations must be received in writing via email or fax.
- The hourly fee for the service staff are as follows:
- PIC - $30.00
- Sous Chef - $25.00
- Server - $18.00
- Bartenders - $25.95
- Specialty Items such as a full line of specialty decor, props, linens, overlays, china, flatware and glassware are available. Please contact your Event Consultant.
